About Community Psychiatric Centers
Community Psychiatric Centers (CPC) is a licensed outpatient mental health and behavioral health clinic serving children, adolescents, and adults across Southwestern Pennsylvania. Founded in 1997 by Dr. Robert A. Lowenstein and Dr. John E. Carosso, CPC offers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and IBHS/Wraparound behavioral health services (Behavioral Consultant, Mobile Therapist, Behavioral Health Technician, and TSS roles) for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, mood/anxiety disorders, and intellectual disabilities.
