Good for a long-term RBT, less so for growth

thumb_up Pros
- Flexible
- Helpful BCBAs
- Good management
thumb_down Cons
- Limited growth for RBTs
- Micromanaging lead RBTs and floaters
Professional and friendly environment
Current employee of more than a year in Newington says the company is professional and friendly and cares about both employees and clients. The main drawback is that a replacement client is not always available when a scheduled client cancels. Filed on Glassdoor under the former name, A Piece of the Puzzle.
thumb_up Pros
- Professional, friendly environment

Supportive place for BCBAs
BCBAs get a lot of support and personal attention from supervisors, and the company is small enough that leadership knows every client and staff member. The quarterly bonus is described as very generous and can be taken as money, PTO or both depending on billable hours. BCBAs start with 3 weeks of PTO plus sick days and holidays.

- 3 weeks starting PTO
