In January 2025, SpringHealth acquired Delta Behavioral Group to expand North Carolina ABA operations. Note: BrightSpring's broader IDD/community living division was divested to Sevita in a $835M transaction announced January 2025 (FTC-approved 2026); SpringHealth's status within that transaction perimeter should be verified.
