Seaside Behavior Services is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA provider serving children and adults with autism and related disabilities throughout Florida. We deliver therapy where life actually happens, in homes, schools, and the community, with a focus on building communication, independence, and confidence in everyday settings. Our leadership team brings more than 40 years of combined experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, including clinical consultation, mentorship, and practice management support to other BCBAs and ABA organizations. Our team works alongside leaders who are invested in raising the standard of care across the field. We're a small, collaborative team that puts clients first and practices by the BACB Ethics Code. Because we're led by behavior analysts, clinical decisions are driven by client needs, not quotas. Team members enjoy flexible scheduling, a diverse caseload that includes the often-underserved adult population, and real mentorship from experienced leaders. RBTs pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification can work as Student Analysts and accrue restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hours.
