Began her ABA career in 2007 and became one of the youngest board-certified BCBAs at age 24. After a sabbatical and relocation to the Cayman Islands, she founded Cayman ABA in January 2017 (clinic opened February 2018), earning the first BHCOE accreditation in the Caribbean in July 2018.
