Founded Capital ABA in 2011. Holds a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University, BACB certified, and licensed to practice Behavior Analysis in Virginia. Has worked with children with special needs since 2003, with experience as both a Behavior Analyst and Behavior Department Director in private school settings. Has served on the boards of the Virginia Association of Behavior Analysis and DC Association of Behavior Analysts.
