The company was in it for the money over caring for the client's. A lot of unethical behavior and not good care for the employees.

The owners and a couple BCBAs are amazing and immediately change the schedule so everyone has a client if a client cancels. Coworkers will act all nice to your face but then talk poorly of you when you're not in the room. There are no breaks unless you ask for one.
