I really enjoyed my time working at Blossom Behavioral Services...learned a lot during my time as an RBT.

The organization struggled with structure and consistency, which often created a confusing and stressful work environment. Turnover was extremely high for such a small clinic, and the culture frequently felt unprofessional due to ongoing interpersonal conflict and favoritism.
