About Autism Academy for Education and Development
Autism Academy for Education and Development (AAED) is Arizona's first and foremost fully accredited K-12+ autism-only private day school, founded in 2013 by Laura and Don Newcomb. Operating six physical campuses across the Phoenix Metro and Tucson areas plus an online campus, AAED delivers tailored academic, behavioral, and therapeutic services exclusively for students with autism spectrum disorder. The school integrates ABA methodology, structured teaching models, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and animal-assisted therapy within an individualized education plan framework.
